Compare biometric samples

You can compare biometric samples to a fraudster, a watchlist, a person, or a group. When comparing audio to a person or fraudster profile, a new session is appended to the selected engagement. The action only affects the engagement decision if the engagement is still active.

To compare biometric samples:

1. Click the Engagements icon on the navigation toolbar.
2. Select the three dot menu on the right side of the biometric sample.
3. Select Compare to Person to verify the sample against a person profile or a group. Select Compare to Fraudster to verify the sample against a fraudster profile or a watchlist.
