GK 2.1.0 release
New operational configuration categories have been added:
New configuration parameters have been added at SCOPE level:
- Contact Center
- AutoEnrollSessionKey: If set, the person will be automatically enrolled (opted in) when the enrollment process starts if this session variable is set to the expected value (see AutoEnrollValue). This will also disable the Enroll button.
- AutoEnrollValue: If set, the value of AutoEnrollSessionKey must match this value to perform the enrollment. If not set, any non-empty value will match.
- DisableEnrollButtonSessionKey: If set, the "Enroll" button will be disabled if this session variable matches the expected value, and is enabled otherwise. Setting this to a non-existing session variable will effectively always enable the Enroll button.
- DisableEnrollButtonValue: If set, the value of DisableEnrollButtonSessionKey must match this value to disable the Enroll button. If not set, any non-empty value will match.
- AutoOptOutSessionKey: If set, the person will be automatically opted out if this session variable is set to the expected value (see AutoOptOutValue). This will also disable the Opt out button, unless DisableOptOutButtonSessionKey is set.
- AutoOptOutValue: If set, the value of AutoOptOutSessionKey must match this value to opt out the person. If not set, any non-empty value will match.
- DisableOptOutButtonSessionKey: If set, the "Opt out" button will be disabled if this session variable matches the expected value, and is enabled otherwise. Setting this to a non-existing session variable will effectively always enable the "Opt out" button.
- DisableOptOutButtonValue: If set, the value of DisableOptOutButtonSessionKey must match this value to disable the "Opt out" button. If not set, any non-empty value will match.
- AutoOptOutReason: If an automatic opt out is done through AutoOptOutSessionKey, set the opt out reason to this string.
- AutoOptOutReasonSessionKey: If an automatic opt out is done through AutoOptOutSessionKey, set the opt out reason the value of this session variable, or the value of AutoOptOutReason if the session variable value is empty or not found. It is highly recommended to enable DetectFraudOnOptingOut when using this configuration.
- AutoOptOutDaysToOfferOptIn: If an automatic opt out is done through AutoOptOutSessionKey, set the number of days (integer) when the agent should offer to opt in the person again. Values below 0 will be ignored.
- AutoOptOutDaysToOfferOptInSessionKey: If an automatic opt out is done through AutoOptOutSessionKey, set the number of days (integer) when the agent should offer to opt in the person again to the value of this session variable, or the value of AutoOptOutDaysToOfferOptIn if the session variable value is not found, empty, not a decimal integer or below 0.
- EnableConvoprint: Enable the use of conversation prints.
- EnableConvoprintKey: If this is set, enable the use of conversation prints only if this session variable matches EnableConvoprintValue at the beginning of a call.
- EnableConvoprintValue: If EnableConvoprintKey is set, enable the use of conversation prints only if this session variable matches this value at the beginning of a call.
- EnableConvoprintEnrollment: Enable enrollment of conversation prints when a voice print is enrolled. This is ignored if EnableConvoprint is set to false.
- VerificationCheckpointForMoreFactors: When performing voice print verification, wait until this verification checkpoint is reached (counting starting with 1) before performing verification using additional factors (for example, conversation print). If set to 0, verification will start verifying all factors right away. This value is ignored if no other verification factor was enabled (for example EnableConvoprint).
- EnableConvoprintDetectKnownFraudsters: If set to true, known fraudsters detection will also make use of conversation prints. For this to work, the selected Watchlist must contain at least one person that has a conversation print with a tag that matches the current language. This is ignored if EnableConvoprint is set to false.
- ConvoprintLanguage: The language to use for transcription, in the form "en-US" or "eng-USA". If not set, it will use the value set in "Transcription, Language" of the active configuration set (DefaultConfigSetName, VerifyConfigSetName, etc.)
- ConvoprintLanguageKey: The session variable key that contains the language to use for the current call, in the form "en-US" or "eng-USA". If not found, ConvoprintLanguage or the value of "Transcription, Language" of the active configuration set will be used.
- ConvoprintLanguageMapping: If the language code is found in a session variable using ConvoprintLanguageKey, then use this mapping table to replace its value to a supported language code. You can find the list of language codes here: https://docs.mix.nuance.com/languages/#languages.
- VerificationMaxWaitTimeForMoreFactors: When more verification factors start (see VerificationCheckpointForMoreFactors), the maximum amount of time, in seconds, to wait for the additional factors to complete.

caller in grouping mode.
- ExtensionUrlParameterRegex: A regular expression for
specifying agent extensions in the login URL as query parameters.
For example, set 'extension(\\d+)' in order to specify
'extension2=1234'. The first group of the regular
expression is used to determine the extension index number.
- AutoLoginUrlToken: A token that can be specified in the login
URL to indicate the use of auto-login. When used, this token
replaces the extension in the login URL and therefore requires
that the 'primary' agent extension be provided as a URL query
parameter instead. For example if token is 'auto',
https://<web-agent-console
url>/login/<tenant>/auto?extension1=123.

Known Issues
- Gatekeeper supports NVSL 10 engine but
- NVSL 10 cannot be used with the factory framework of the Risk engine 1.4 version.
- NVSL 10 frameworks are only used as baseline for the creation of new custom calibration model.
- Deviceprint Public APIs are considered beta.
- Convoprint known issues:
- The current DEMO model (FACTORY_TI_RISK_ENGINE_DEMO_1_3) does not work properly.
- Use Bootstrap calibration instead of (FACTORY_TI_RISK_ENGINE_BOOTSTRAP_1_3).
- Bootstrap calibration models show poor accuracy, as the data set used for the training of the framework, may not be in domain with the customer data.
- Neustar Factor integrated to the risk engine is considered beta.
- Convoprint L2 Streaming functions for BLL/CSM/WAC are considered beta.
- Gatekeeper Web administrator applications does not officially support Private Browsing Mode.
Without them, the Console may display an authorization error. This is not required for agents authorized for a single scope.
- The Session Person data (session grid) displays the person from the verify or identify voiceprint (not from convoprint), only if there is a match in those factors.
- Possible misalignment between the text segment and the convoprint quality check.
- The autocomplete for first name and last name does not work when using special character, such as '@', '_', etc.
- Web Admin Portal has a timezone selection issue related to browser updates.
- Kibana Dashboard – The Generate PDF feature does not work when "Optimize for Printing" is enabled.
- NVSL TI_9 and TD_9 frameworks are not supported by the following bootstrap NRSL models:
- FACTORY_TI_RISK_ENGINE_BOOTSTRAP_1_2
- FACTORY_TD_RISK_ENGINE_BOOTSTRAP_1_2
- FACTORY_TI_RISK_ENGINE_DEMO_1_2
- FACTORY_TD_RISK_ENGINE_DEMO_1_2
- A Clustering or Backwards Search action may time out due to the memory required for media collection exceeding configured limits. This is likely due to a collected engagement containing more than an expected number of sessions but could have another cause.
- The following services require manual horizontal scaling:
- asr-coordinator
- data-query-manager
- voiceprint-processor
- voiceprint-coordinator
- fraud-analytics-manager
- biometrics-supervisor
- transcription-coordinator
- Clustering and Backward Search have the following limitations:
- No estimations available for media collection.
- Clustering and Backwards Search require manual scaling.
- Audio streaming for transcription is limited to one realtime (this value is not configurable).
- UploadLicense and DownloadLicense APIs are considered an alpha version.
- For Stereo audio the redacted overlay interval applies on both channels in the audio viewer.
- Realtime redaction is not supported when Transcribe API is used.
